Service Productisation

Capability-to-Product

from €18,000

An internal capability turned into a product procurement can buy.

Deliverable
A validated, sellable product built from an internal capability: demand-tested, named, priced, scoped, with delivery, data hooks, margin and a route to market.
For whom
Agencies and in-house teams sitting on real expertise they cannot package or sell.
Exit
Built to Leave. You own the product, the validation behind it and the route to market, and can sell it without us.

Where it sits

The Service Productisation pattern, run on your own capability. The proof is this catalogue: we ran the pattern on ourselves first.

When: you have expertise that has no name, no price and no delivery form.

How it works

We shadow the capability, test demand synthetically with Syn, with a real field test where the read needs confirming, then productise the offer, its name, price, scope, SLA, data hooks and margin, and design the route to market.

What it is

You have expertise that cannot be sold, because it has no name, no price and no defined delivery form; a buyer cannot purchase we are good at this. We productise it, and we validate demand before you build a go-to-market around it.

The result is not a positioning deck but a product with evidence behind it: tested, scoped, priced and ready to sell.

What you get

  • First evaluation with Syn. Synthetic target-group testing, our own Syn, as a fast pre-layer: does the offer land, with whom, and at what framing, before you spend on real research.
  • Optional field test. A real-panel or live-market test where the synthetic read needs confirming, so the demand signal is real, not just modelled.
  • The productised offer. A named, priced, fixed-scope product with a defined deliverable, an SLA, and the data hooks that make it operable and measurable.
  • Margin and delivery design. Delivery automation built in where it improves the margin, left out where it does not.
  • A route to market. How the product reaches the buyers who need it, with the measurement to prove it sells.

How it ends

Built to Leave. You keep the validated product, the demand evidence and the go-to-market.

Where this sits in the four phases.

Every service runs through the same method: shadow the live operation, design the architecture, operate with your team, then hand over.

Phase 0 This service
Shadowing Blueprint

Diagnose in your live operation. Decision logic, data flows, role boundaries. We watch how the work actually gets decided before we touch anything.

Phase 1 This service
Design Architecture

Channel logic, audience model, KPI framework, MarTech, workflow. The operating system on paper, agreed with your leadership before we build.

Phase 2 This service
Operate Running system

Operate with your team. Forecasting, media buying, automation. Enablement runs in parallel so ownership moves to your people while the system runs.

Phase 3 This service
Control Handover

Attribution, incrementality, business impact. Then the handover cut: documentation, access, and usually the full-time leader we helped you hire.

Proof

This catalogue. We ran the pattern on ourselves, turning our own studio capability into a catalogue you can read, price and inquire about.

No cart, no checkout. You tell us the situation, an operator reads it, and we come back with scope and price.

No pitch deck back. An operator reads this.
